Silver Lake

Ken Henson invited me meet him in Silverton, CO in the fall of 2007. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay long because Sandy and I were leaving the following weekend for a long trip through the southwest. Still I made the most of a day in the mountains. We hiked up to the old mining site at Silver Lake and spent the day digging around the tailings and dump areas looking for treasure.
